The food & drinks at our restaurants and bars bring guests on a culinary journey through Cambodian culture. At Kroya, Chef Chanrith puts a contemporary spin on the recipes of his youth. At Baitong, Khmer street food shares the stage with international fare and an indulgent brunch. Our two Pool Bars offer signature cocktails and other refreshments for poolside lounging.

“Kroya” means “food” in the Khmer Royal language, and Kroya Modern Cambodian Cuisine by Chef Chanrith evokes the Cambodian cuisine of the past while sharing a vision of its future, reinterpreting traditional recipes with modern flair. Chef Chanrith’s menu highlights fresh, locally sourced ingredients and native herbs and spices to create an innovative fine-dining experience.

Kroya serves an à la carte menu at lunch and a variety of tasting menus, including plant-forward options, at dinner.

Baitong

Renowned in the Siem Reap community for its abundant and healthy breakfasts, afternoon tea, and all-day seasonal menus, Baitong is an airy, inviting poolside restaurant surrounded by tropical vegetation. It’s a relaxing atmosphere for sampling Asian street food specialties as well as international favorites like burgers, sandwiches, and salads.

Cooking Classes

Learn the rich heritage and secret techniques of Cambodian cuisine in this hands-on culinary experience guided by our Executive Chef. The half-day class begins with a visit to a local market to learn about the key ingredients of Khmer cooking — turmeric, kaffir lime, ginger, lemongrass, and more — before returning to a private kitchen at Kroya and learning how to prepare four traditional dishes.
