Kroya which means “food” in the Khmer Royal language is the Shinta Mani Angkor’s unique restaurant inspired by Shinta Mani’s heritage. Our menu blends local products, combines fresh ingredients, native herbs and spices to create innovative, palette pleasing flavours.
