Looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef De Partie (Bakery & Pastry) to join our team.
Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate activities of the bakery and pastry team. Assist the head bakery on how desserts should be presented, and create decorative dessert displays. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and dessert garnish to be served. Monitor the quantity of bakery and pastry that is prepared. Ensure the quality of the bakery & pastry items and notify the manager if a product does not meet specifications.
Job Qualifications
- Possesses at least 5 years of work experience including 2 years as a Chef De Parties with pastry and cake shop.
- Holds a vocational certificate in bakery and pastry is advantageous.
- Able to work with flexible shifts.
- Good personality and skills in training, communication, interpersonal, organizing, and time management.
- Be creative and willing to learn from the best practices.
